Keith has been in marketing and sales for over 20 years and has contracted with and negotiated contracts on behalf of many Fortune 500 Companies.
 
He has experience in leasing, listing, selling and developing land, shopping centers, multi family and single family developments and office buildings (specializing in medical offices).  He is also a licensed builder and is experienced with the development, entitlement and construction process.

Keith also has extensive knowledge and experience with investment real estate, offering value analysis of new and existing businesses and properties.  He understands pricing based on cap rates, lending requirements and market fluctuations. 

He has worked with many banks to liquidate their inventory.  And he's also experienced in the bank's short sale process for liquidating client's inventory.

Keith is based in Auburn, AL and is heavily involved in transactions throughout the State of Alabama and Gulf Coast of Mississippi.  In 2011 Keith has closed over 8.5 million dollars in commercial transactions and has an additional 4 million dollars in property under contract for sale.

He has created numerous websites and marketing packages and is a featured presenter at seminars on marketing, online business presence and social media.  He incorporates his experience with technology to assure maximum exposure and benefit to his clientele.

Keith is in his 12th year of marriage to Forrest Watson Hamrick, mother of their two daughters and an incredible residential real estate agent.  The family is active in their church, Keith leads music in the contemporary service and Walk to Emmaus and has served with the foreign missions program.  He also coaches his daughter's lacrosse team.

He attended Auburn University and California Coast University and holds a Bachelor of Science with majors in Marketing and Management and a Masters in Business Administration.
